Fee Management System addresses the cumbersome process of manual fee collection in educational institutions, and aims to provide a flexible, efficient, and user-friendly payment system for parents, administrators and educational business owners.

While working at Credenc, an education loan company, I came across the group chats of customer service people having to manually follow up and log the conversations with customers and educational institutes for fee payments, collections and reconciliation, which what prompted us to create a end-to-end fee management system

Manual fee payment systems result in delayed collections and a lack of real-time financial reporting for educational institutions as well as the parents
Parents and administrators often have to go back and forth with reminders, payment details and other queries, which results in wasted man hours
Due to inflexible payment methods, parents face difficulty in paying and school administrators face difficulty in logging and tracking of school fees.
